Reference : Very Rare !!,Docter Optic was originally a small West-German company founded in 1985 by Bernhard Docter,bought some of the plants of  the former Carl Zeiss Jena combine in 1991,From 1991 to 1995, Docter Optics continued the GDR Carl Zeiss Jena (CZJ) lines of large format optics (Tessar, Apo-Germinar) under the Docter name, after Bernhard Docter died and the Docter group went bankrupt in 1995,perhaps less than 40 piece 300mm APO Germinar f9 lenses are in existance,4/4 dialyte design 45-46° coverage similar to the classic Goerz Red Dot APO Artar and the Rodenstock APO Ronar,very small & very light weight lens,over 500mm coverage on 1:1,cover 5x7in,one of sharpest most contrasty lenses
