Reference : This one is compact version (S.B.F) has a very short back focus distance, can't be used on a reflex camera, but is much sharper wide open than (L.B.F) version, slight dark corners on full frame. Here is test repost from TLS U.K.: The UK guys (TLS) looked at it and did make these notes: "we checked out your 35mm (S.B.F) today, although I wouldn't say it's the best projector lens I have seen the image on both projector and our alexa is much sharper than the standard Mitchell style Super Baltar (L.B.F.). There is a little more light loss towards the edges but it doesn't look significant on camera.
Glass Description : Leica M mount RF coupling, very slight dark corners,very very faint cleaning marks,no haze, tiny dust inside,never been open for service
